"I'm always spinning records in the back for the crew..."

Gotta love Discorama (the music store of the new millennium and beyond, no less), where you can pick up hidden Mannie Fresh on the mic moments for about 20 pence. Cashback indeed.

Flipped

A. Fight and bicker over copies of Oowee's 'Why Cry' on the ever dope Asylum.

Q. What do Old Boys do after lunch at 7A in New York.

Purple Reign

Killer Mike sounds hungry. Although his LP seems like it should be out already, we can’t say we’re not glad he’s getting a proper re-up on the Big Boi helmed Purple Ribbon label. For evidence check ‘The Killer Mixtape’ where Mike breaks it down pulling no punches about rapping actors and just shit that pisses him off in general.

‘General’ Patton’s own promo mixtape ‘Got That Purp’ is full of classic sounding material too, showing that Andre
getting his thesp on bothers him a lot less than it does Mike.

Props to DJ Drama and The Aphilliates for putting out the illest mixtapes right now! Good work, old boys.

Totally as an unrelated side note – G-Unit are officially the new Bad Boy now that Tony Yayo is rhyming to Britney’s ‘Toxic’. Sing along now (Puff style)… “We take hits from last year, yeah, yeah!”
